Service Description

Your nutritional needs are as unique as you are! Together we will go through an initial consultation process including a look at your nutritional status, health history, daily lifestyle and nutritional habits, and the personal goals you're working to achieve. You will complete a thorough nutritional assessment and consultation questionnaire which will be reviewed prior to our time together. These tools are to provide me with the insight necessary to best support your body's unique needs, ultimately creating an actionable lifestyle and nutrition plan for you to implement.
